We've also done some soul-searching to identify what we felt was wrong with consulting practices. By doing so, we've identified the seven principles that will guide our work:

•  Placing all costs on the table, upfront

•  Checking that you're happy with our work and our costs

•  Helping you choose your consulting team

•  Walking away after the work is done and not clinging on for more

•  Keeping an open mind and adapting ideas from other industries

•  Ditching jargon in favour of everyday language

•  Building rapport at all levels, and bringing humour and energy to our work
