Several stages of change have supported a 7% increase in market share, 22.6% volume increase, £1.4 profit and higher levels of motivation and performance in a year (2005 – 2006) when the market has declined and competitors are struggling. Introduced Succession Planning Programme, 95% success rate of internal promotions 2004 – 2006 resulted from those on the programme. |
